INGREDIENTS
45ml The Curious Cabinet Rhubarb Shrub Syrup
90ml Prosecco
Top with soda
METHOD
Fill a spritz glass with ice. Top with Shrub Syrup, prosecco and soda. Stir. Garnish with peach or citrus.
*This recipe also works well with our White Peach or Strawberry Shrub Syrups.

Try this delicious Strawberry Sour, a recipe created by Four Seasons Oahu that we would think our Strawberry Shrub Syrup would taste delicious in ☺️
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 ounces Lemon Gin
1/4 ounce Italicus (Bergamot liquor)*
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce The Curious Cabinet Strawberry Shrub Syrup
1 egg white
2 dashes Peychauds bitters
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a coupe. Garnish with a strawberry or berry of choice, or some edible petals.
*If you don’t have this on hand, that’s fine. It will still taste delicious.
