White Peach Sour - Alcohol Free
Set yourself up for an afternoon / evening mocktail. Pop out and stock up on the ingredients below!
WHITE PEACH SOUR

INGREDIENTS
* 60ml non-alcoholic bourbon eg: Lyre's American Malt
* 30ml The Curious Cabinet White Peach Shrub Syrup
* 15ml lemon juice
* 15ml egg white
* Angostura Bitters to serve
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again until chilled well. Strain into a Rocks glass. Top with 3-4 drops of Angostura Bitters. Swirl with a toothpick.
