Regrettably, I've had to scale back my consulting hours due to my health.
You may not know that I have a few chronic conditions that challenge me daily. I've adapted my life to be able to function and practice, BUT having added health challenges in the last 2 months has meant I have had to open more time for extra testing and healing.
This is difficult for me because I love what I do, and looking after my clients gives me so much purpose.

Obviously, there are way more than 5 things we want you to know, but these sprang to mind after encountering too many BS creators on social media.
I've been working on expanding my Gut Health Plan to include a meal plan to take the pressure off finding recipes.
Mexican food is my fav when it comes to gut health, and these Chicken Quesadilla are not only delicious, they are very satiating and can be made in batches to have on hand in the freezer.
