OFFICE ADMINISTRATION WANTED
We require someone to carry out reception duties located in Grovedale but servicing the Surf Coast, Bellarine peninsular and Melbourne.
It can be a full-time (38 hours per week) Office Trainee undertaking a Cert. III or Cert. IV.
We would also consider fulltime or part time positions with someone that has experience in the field.
Hours can be flexible with our showroom being open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 10am-2pm
We are a long-established timber flooring Company based in Grovedale.
A driver’s license is required.
Skills and experience:
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills
Tasks and responsibilities:
Carry out reception duties including answering phone calls and responding to emails
Using ServiceM8 software to contact customers, book in quotes and jobs, order materials and invoice customers
Contact supplies to enquire about timber pricing and availability
Assist the business owner with ad hoc office tasks
You will receive training and support on all aspects of your role however you need to have a positive can-do attitude. We are looking for a reliable, willing to learn, detail-oriented problem solver with no experience required as we are prepared to train but would also consider someone with experience in the field. It’s more about the person and what you can do in the future more so than what you’ve done in the past.
Compensation:

Experience in sanding timber floors is required.
 Experienced in applying solvent based coating on timber floors
 Experienced in applying water-based coating on timber floors
 Sanding Parquetry
 Sanding Cork
 Direct Staining
 Experienced in sanding and finishing of timber floors
 Excellent time management skills
 Physically strong, fit and motivated
 Need to speak fluent English.
 Current Driver’s license
 White card is an advantage
 Working with children check is an advantage.
