~ Pineapple Chicken ( Pininyahang Manok ) ~

Marinated chicken slices with pineapple juice then stewed and add some milk to make this dish creamy and delicious with a good amount of protein.

Turning a tasty leftover into a sweet and savory new dish! 😉

~ Chef’s Special Lechon Paksiw ~

A dish made from leftover of roasted pig (lechon). Cooked by simmering the leftover lechon meat/skin with vinegar, brown sugar, bay leaf to balance the consistency of sweet and sour flavor. Best if paired with a cup of warm rice.

This tasty and delicious dish is a combination that originally came from Asia. Asian food, mostly of Chinese origin, adopted this blend mixing two different flavors.

Fried to golden perfection and then tossed in a sweet, tangy and sticky sauce with colorful bell peppers and voila you have a flavorful dish 😉
