I have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry as a previous gym owner, athlete and PT. I’ve competed in Olympic lifting, Power lifting, CrossFit & Boxing.
Whilst I love achieving myself I love helping other people exceed their own expectations even more!
My fave thing to do when I’m not at gym is be out in nature hiking, camping, beaching. Pretty much anything that is an adventure.
My fave food is steak 🥩
My fave thing is my two dogs Odin & Freya they are my fur babies & I’m obsessed.
My fave gym movement is chin ups & snatches.
My fave colour is purple.

It is with heavy heart that we say good bye to the absolute Legend Lawrence Coops
Lawrence has been a huge part of BFT Glen Waverley for the past 2 and a bit years making GW what it is today. We will miss his energy, coaching, dad jokes and presence immensely.
Lawrence has decided to move into a role that will allow him to spend more time with his beautiful partner and 6 month year old son and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
Goodbye legend!!!

Vikram who lost 9.6kgs and is a whole new person.
He credits every single coach whom he felt he learnt greatly off of, to train consistently and dial in diet!
Remya lost a staggering 9.9 kgs!! She was a last min registration but transformed sublimely losing essentially 1/8 of her whole self. She went from strength to strength every single session.
You guys were truly top of the class!

We’ve incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50 minute sessions that are overseen by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment. High levels of visual content showcasing our programs are shown on multiple digital displays throughout the studio and allow our coaches to spend more time concentrating on our members, while the screens direct the traffic!
