Hey everyone,

Coming closer to the end of the year. If you are planning on going away and your clean is between now and the 21st of December please let us know so your clean can be re organised for the new year 🙂

We will be celebrating holidays from the 22nd December- 8th of January

CLIENT REQUEST

As I'm sure you are all aware it's coming into a very hot season and horrid humidity.
This can be very uncomfortable for us, Especially when working in smaller rooms eg. Bathroom ect.

We request that you would allow the use of your air-conditioner and fans whilst we clean.
We guarantee they will only be used during the hours we are there and only when necessary.
Air-conditioning will be turned off after every session.

Please understand also that on 30+ degree days it is necessary for us to take a moment to cool down and have some water. ( especially in the afternoon cleans)

We always want to give the best service, and ensuring we are comfortable during this hot weather would be much appreciated.

Just a friendly reminder coming into the colder weather if you or any family members in the household are unwell please let us know, if we arrive and notice sickness in the household we will reschedule the clean.

We can always reschedule your appointment for when you are better so we don’t spread sickness within our own family and other clients if we are unknown to the sickness and be a carrier.

Honesty is always the best when it comes to being unwell 🙂
