Some good news last week, as we received council approval for our proposed 8 lot subdivision in Caboolture with Connections Property Projects. The conditions are pretty much as expected so now to ramp up and move some dirt!

Our Redland Bay Subdivision with Connections Property Projects is now completely done and dusted with both lots sold and settled!! A big Thank You to Vanessa Kestelboim, the consultant team and the investors involved for a successful project!!

Caboolture 1 into 8 DA has been slowly going in the background. We received an RFI from council and responded this month.

A big positive in this process was that we were able to discharge into the existing council basin across the road, remove the proposed stormwater basin on our property, and increase the size of two lots!

It's been a long time coming since our last update so lets take a look back on our projects in 2023.

Update #1 Annerley Subdivision - Renovated House & New Vacant Land both Sold!

Our Annerley project with Connections Property Projects is coming rapidly to a close. The subdivision is all done and dusted with new titles registered!

A couple of weeks ago we received approval of the survey plan without any issues following the plan sealing application for our Redland Bay subdivision. Very happy with the outcome.

Now just a patient wait on lender consent to lodge for titles and get them sold!

- Concept lot layouts ✅
- Feasibility ✅

Turns out 100% of our deals have been purchased with a delayed settlement and consent to lodge DA prior😅 A great way to get them across the line!

Our plan sealing application with Brisbane City Council came back with the approved survey plan after 3 weeks and no RFI's 😎

New titles incoming!! 🥳🥳

We haven't given too many updates on our Chapel Hill subdivision with Connections Property Projects, but it has been moving along quietly in the background🤫

We're really happy we've been able to get the plan sealing application lodged to council earlier this week, staying on track 😎

Looking to get these sold by mid year, maybe a quick xmas in July celebration then get onto the next one 😄

Staying with the Annerley subdivision theme this week. We had an interesting variation arise for the sewer, which might interest some of you 🤔

The existing sewer connection had a partially collapsed section and either had to be replaced or relined. Replacing it would've required excavation of road, traffic control etc etc, but fortunately we were able to obtain a variation approval from Urban Utilities to reline it instead 🥳

This is where the contractor is able to reline inside the existing pipe with epoxy resin (or similar product) which is then exposed to UV light for curing and set into a hardened lining. Basically they create a new pipe within the existing pipe 🤯

Patience and Pumpkins are how we're getting through our subdivision at Chapel Hill with Connections Property Projects 😆

The new crossover, water, sewer & stormwater were all completed before the xmas break and now after some slight delays for variation approvals, the underground electrical installation will be scheduled in the coming weeks! Plan sealing to be lodged shortly after and we're onto the final leg of the project 😁

DA Approval is almost upon us for our Redland Bay 1 into 2 subdivision with Connections Property Projects. With the demo team already lined up, we're going to be seeing some action on site very soon!
