nt are welcomed up to 48hours before the time of your appointment. I will always do my best to accommodate your requests but I must ask you to please consider that I am likely to lose business when you reschedule last minute, as I am often unable to fill your slot that otherwise may have been able to be booked by another client. Any cancellations that are made with less than 24hrs notice will result in you being required to pay 100% of the service cost. Further appointments will not be confirmed until this cost has been settled. Please understand this is not just a hobby - this is my livelihood, I have to make a living and provide for my family. LATE ARRIVALS

Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in the immediate cancellation of your appointment at my discretion and 100% of the service cost will become payable. When you arrive late it may mean I am unable to carry out the full extent of the service or nail art and it causes problems with lateness for my other clients appointments. It is very important for me to run to time. I understand that sometimes life happens and I will make exceptions where necessary, but I must ask you to please do your best to show up on time for your appointment. NO SHOWS

If you do not show up to your appointment and you have not let me know (within the 24hours cancellation time frame) you will be required to pay 100% of the service cost. PROHIBITED SERVICE

I do not infill or remove work that has been done by another nail tech. Please come to your first appointment with bare natural nails. I understand that this may seem frustrating but I ask you to please understand that I have to maintain a high quality standard of work which ultimately comes down to the following: being able to see and assess your natural nail health prior to commencing work, performing correct and safe nail preparation, using only high quality products and knowing exactly what products have been used on your nails. PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cash or bank transfer are my accepted forms of payment. Payment must be settled before leaving the salon. I can also process card payments through square, however a 2% surcharge occurs. CONSULTATIONS

A nail consultation and examination will be carried out during your first appointment with me. You must disclose any medical conditions and your nail health history that could affect your service at the time of booking. If you fail to do this I reserve the right to prohibit service if I deem it necessary to do so and your appointment will be cancelled with the full service cost payable. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Mohini Nails is a 18+ salon due to insurance reasons. Please do not bring children to your appointment. CAR PARKING

There is plenty of on-road parking on the street outside of the salon. As the salon is home based and in a residential area, please be mindful of where you park. INCLUSIVITY

All of my clients are always treated with integrity and respect and I kindly ask to be treated the same way in return. I offer a premium standard of service and like to build healthy, happy and professional relationships with my clients that are long-lasting. I will not tolerate any abusive language or behaviour in my salon and expect you to adhere to my policies. Failure to comply with this will result in you being removed from my appointment book and all future appointments cancelled to maintain a safe and healthy working environment. PRICING

My pricing is based on experience, extensive training, high quality products and high salon safety and hygiene standards. I appreciate that there may be other salons that are slightly cheaper and I cannot comment on the standard of service from them, but my prices are set and non negotiable. TIME KEEPING

Please allow ample time for your appointment depending on the service and nail art selected. Please do not rush your nail tech. Good things take time and we want to ensure you walk out with a perfect set of nails that will last until your next appointment. We prioritise nail health and do not cut corners for the sake of rushing, so please sit back, relax, enjoy our company and let us work our magic! REFUNDS

Refunds are not offered under any circumstance. You will be asked multiple times throughout your appointment if you are happy with your nails. Please be honest and know your opinion is valued, your happiness and satisfaction is of upmost priority. I am not liable for any damages you do to your nails once you leave the salon and repairs will be charged for accordingly. Please be sure to read my aftercare information to ensure your nails remain beautiful and long lasting. COVID 19 (and general sickness)

If you are feeling ‘under the weather’ please get in contact with me to reschedule your appointment ASAP. I kindly ask you to consider if I fall sick I am without an income and want my salon to be a safe place for all! Symptoms include:

Cold and Flu Symptoms
Loss of smell and taste
Body Aches
