A stretch and release routine is an important part of any balanced health program and compliments our ACTV Force/Fusion/Fit classes perfectly. Be prepared to feel amazing afterwards, iron out all those little niggles and soreness and learn a few techniques you can use yourself at home.

Everything we do we do with purpose, our run club is no different. We emphasize the importance of structured running sessions to maximize performance and prevent injury.

FORCE Week 11.
One week out before testing, therefore our work will not be as demanding.
– More rest this week with our compound movements and our accessory movements
– Intensity remains but Less movements, less volume
– Major focus on form for our key lifts
– Utilisation of bands in our strength work this week. This enables us to take load of the body and keeps you moving.

So this one's for you. Sunday Runday is a programmed run, built to improve your running. We incorporate a variety of training methods to help you achieving next level running results and actually improve your aerobic base.
These sessions are built around our weekly program so will vary in intensity and duration!

Liv has been working in the health & fitness industry for the last 4 years where she has continued to deepen her own love for physical performance and challenging herself beyond her comfort zone.
Working as an accredited Sports Nutritionist, she is particularly passionate about food for fuel and ensuring those around her are always well educated in alignment with their own personal goals. Her approach to nutrition and movement is very holistic based and always has longevity in mind.

TESTING WEEK!
Something new this testing week. As we introduce our benchmark workouts! You will now be able to see how your results stack up against other ACTV members across all our locations.
We encourage testing but there will always be an option not to test, we understand different factors may stop you from wanting to test or you simply can't be due to injuries or external factors that cannot be controlled.
In saying the above, We believe testing is extremely important, at the very least it gives you a baseline and allows you a chance to set some goals and improve.
Your coaches will walk you through the benchmark feature all week! Record your results and see how you stack up! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Wednesday 🤝🏼 Force.
We are in our final week before testing week. So this week we encourage you to lift heavy on our force days, to gain greater results in next weeks testing week!
There is a huge difference between just exercising and actually training.
Train with purpose train with consistency follow a program that has structure and is designed with purpose!
The rest will take care of itself.

FUSION
Today’s Fusion class we are asking for anaerobic strength efforts, combined with anaerobic conditioning efforts. If you push hard through your strength efforts, you will really feel this one today!
ACCELERATE PHASE
In this phase you will see sets performed anywhere from 6-24 Reps and several exercises per body part. This phase will be a mix of and hypertrophy-based workouts and some strength endurance training. Keeping in mind that accumulation phases are designed to build muscle mass and improve your work capacity.
