2023 holds new and exciting ventures for us, whilst going back to our roots at the same time.
We have now added Primus line to our tool kit, focusing on the rehabilitation of pipelines in the industrial sector.
As you can see in the below image, lengths of up to 2.5km in one pull, whilst offering carbon reductions at the same time!

We have some BIG (1295mm) and exciting news on the PipeLine horizon for the new year!
We have been working on creating some new opportunities for 2023 and expanding our tool kit to offer more solutions for further sectors!
Along with some exciting and ground breaking new ventures for spray lining we look forward to what else 2023 has to offer.

Exciting news for us and to hear this week! We have now received formal approval from Urban Utilities to use Resiline 320, as an approved method of rehabilitation for existing water mains within their networks. We are looking forward to what the future holds for spray-lining in Australia!

We have been working with Urban Utilities and Downer to put together an Australian-first infield spray in place process (SIPP) trial using the new state-of-the-art Resiline 320 technology. Resiline 320 will be used to rehabilitate an isolated potable water main to bring it back online. We are looking forward to sharing what’s coming and very excited to be working alongside UU (formerly Queensland Urban Utilities) and Downer to bring this trial to fruition.

If only there was a way to extend the life span of existing infrastructure instead of digging up whole streets to replace them..... oh wait. There is! We can spray in-Situ pipes from 100mm up to 1500mm to make them look brand new. All whilst extending the operational lifecycle of the pipe at the same time.

We’ve been thinking of ways to show you how we we apply Resiline 320 to exisiting pipes in-Situ. So we thought we would do a run through a clear pipe to show you the whole process! Providing a structural enhancement and improved hydraulic performance which as a flow on effect provides better water quality to the customer. All while extending the lifespan of existing assets and substantially reducing costs and impact to local business, community and most importantly, the environment!

WE LOVE TECHNOLOGY! In this video you can see our rig being controlled in Australia via remote access with in the UK. Over the space of 2 hours we were able to fully calibrate our flow and winch speed all remotely.
