Tricks of the trade
Don't leave your socks lying about or they become my sander bags 😂
A bit of a peek on the window prep from the first wall i started. The glazing was alot better on this side but I redo over the top non the less so they won't fall apart in the future
There's plenty of painters out there making quick money because their not worried about doing a good job on the prep work. But a good paint job is making sure the preps done right before painting which takes alot longer but worth it in the end 😉
If your doing an old queenslander and there's cracked window panes.
Its a good idea to replace them before you paint and Its not as hard as you may think.

Make sure if your getting new railings or someone to paint your own/ or DIY
That you get the bottom of the railings gapped to prevent the timbre rotting and the nails rusting out.
M40 is a great gaps to use from dulux trade centres. It has 20% movement to prevent future cracking also.
