You are working with only one other person in the kitchen and that's the head chef.

We have bookings and our only kitchenhand has called in sick last minute.
Experience in Italian cuisine preferred but not essential.
You will be paid well for your time and straight after your shift tonight.
This is not just a one night fill in position, we are seeking someone fulltime and permantly permitting you work in well with our small and close knit team.
