Reports are in from one of the fleet managers after a 4 month trial of the Tunit C24 on their Roadtrains running the Cummins X15.

A 12.23% reduction in fuel usage from 1.77km/L down to 2.02km/L (56.4L/100kms down to 49.5L/100kms) and a reduction of 45% for Adblue.
12 trucks in this fleet are now done and they have estimated to save at least approx $300000 on fuel alone over the next year not to mention the 45% saving in Adblue.

Reports back from its' first trip loaded, it runs same loads every time.
Pre Tunit was struggling at 40km/hr up the Toowoomba Range in 13th gear and after the Tunit was fitted now 50km/hr in 14th gear. The customer is very happy. Fuel figures will be in after a couple more trips but would expect approx 0.4 - 0.5kms/L better economy on the DD15.

This Western Star with a DD15 reaping the rewards of the Tunit C24 with an improvement of 0.5km/L better on fuel. This resulting in a $1200 saving every trip to Dawin. Time to start saving.

The RA Rodeo is a great vehicle but notorious for being very sluggish. As a result of the addition of the Tunit V-VP there is a 50% gain in power and even more importantly as you can see from the graph torque is massively increased over 50% throughout most of the RPM. As the vehicle is not having to push as hard to do the same job fuel economy is as improved by about 15%.

Some great results from the Nissan Navara ZD30 with 55% power and 80% torque increase this is now a totally different vehicle. The same sort of increases goes for the Patrol and Holden RA/TF Rodeo all running the Bosch VP44 pump we will post a few dyno's later of the Rodeo. The Navara was fitted and dyno'd by the boys at Yatala Headworx. We have a module and solutions for pretty much any EFI vehicle.

More Kenworths enjoying the benefits of the Tunit C24 modules. With the price of fuel going through the roof now is the time to start saving.
