ELBOW CUTTING JIG FOR 1" TO 5" AND 1D/1.2D/1.5D CLR (TUBE AND PIPE)

The jig reduces the risk of injury and improves production time for repetitive tasks.

Each outside diameter jig size is available in 1D, 1.2D and 1.5D Centerline Radius (CLR)

For your convenience, each cutting jig comes fully assembled with dowels, bolts, nuts, and stopper pins included in the price. It also undergoes quality checks before leaving our facility to ensure it's ready to use.

To ensure precision, use the dowels to align both jig parts. The bolts can be used for a manual cut if necessary but can otherwise be left loose for horizontal saw applications. When clamping the jig, make sure to apply just enough pressure to hold it in place.

Jig information:
Stopper every 5 degrees (marks every 15 degrees)
3mm offset blade from the jig. It has the information on the cutting face.
3D printed using strong materials with high mechanical properties.
The OD dimensions printed on the jig's front face are in mm and inch.
Different colours according to the CLR size for easy recognition.
1D CLR: Red colour
1.2D CLR: Grey colour
1.5D CLR: Black colour

DRILLING JIGS AND FIXTURES

As simple as locating in place the part to be drilled on the
jig, clamping it down and drilling it through the steel bushes, guaranteeing dimensional accuracy every time.

The metrology fixture for Coordinate Machine Measurement holds the part in position while this one is measured, improving reproducibility and accuracy for the inspection process.

3D PRINTED INSPECTION FIXTURE FOR QUALITY CONTROL

Known as Go/no-go gauges, these inspection fixtures are used to quickly check the final dimensions of the part that has been produced. Allowing the operator to keep or remove it from the production line.

The soft jaws are manufactured using soft materials. They
are adapted to CNC mills, lathes machines and bench vices for drilling and tapping operations.

Specially designed for your part, it reduces scratching
