No pre-requisites. After this workshop you will receive a certificate of Sound Healing with Tribal Drumming & Percussion and can hold your own sound healing classes using drums.

Bahaha 🤣 I can’t tell you the amount of times over the years people have tried to gaslight me when I stand my ground and tell me “that’s not very spiritual”…! Let’s not conflate having boundaries, speaking up or having intense emotions with not being spiritual. In fact someone who honours their spirit allows themselves to experience the full gambit of their feeling body. It’s healing to allow our emotions to internally run uncensored whilst remaining the observer to it. This ensures we minimise harm to others as the energy is not suppressed only to come out in a destructive way at another time.

Thank you to my 16 year old self for starting yoga! I’m 50 next year…where did the time go haha?! I love seeing younger men & women do our yoga teacher or healers training, anchoring their devotional practices and learning to guide others on the magical journey to the heart! We also have folks of all ages doing our training or signing up for our My Health TV to keep up their regular yoga & healing practice. We’ve even had people in their 70’s & 80’s do their training with us. So inspiring!
