“YASSSSSS!!! My first ever Challenge DONE & DUSTED woop woop!! 🎉🎉🎉

Thinking back to October 2023 I got to a point in my life where I was not putting myself first, my self confidence and love for me was pretty non existent and my mental health was not great. I started thinking every day, who is this women?! I felt my positive spark was slowly dwindling away and I knew in my mind, eeeek I am turning 40 in January 2024, Christmas was not far away and I just felt awful. One day I woke thinking I need to make a shift in this mindset of mine and I wanted to feel fitter, healthier, have more energy and just overall love me again.

Well, I decided to jump 2 feet in and get onboard with the 30 day reset. The products were super amazing, easy to keep me on track and everything was scrumptious.

On day 1 of my challenge, I was 89.2kg and on week 16 I am now 79.3kg, a drop of 9.9kg with a loss of 36.50cm in body measurements.
I am pretty freekin proud to be honest. I mean I knew I was feeling great within myself, feeling more nourished, having more energy, exercising more, sleeping better, creating healthier habits and showing more self confidence in loving me but whoa, when I look at these pics, I can really see the transformation.”

“Four years ago I was at work, and noticed that my vision started to go blurry… I thought ooo maybe someone has messed with me screen. It wasn’t until the phone rang and it came time for me to talk… and I couldn’t talk that it hit me that something was wrong. I was confused, couldn’t see and couldn’t talk.

Something was very wrong.

I went to the hospital expecting the doctor to tell me that I’d had a stroke. In the end, they didn’t know what it was but it scared the hell out of me.

The doctor ultimately said that I was dangerously over weight and that I needed to do something about it.

First I tried the whole “low carb” diet thing and let’s be honest, it’s ridiculously hard not to eat carbs!

I could lose like 3kgs but then I’d put it all back on again.

I was a constant yo-yo dieter!

I ordered my first pack and went to work. But when home I got literally no support from my three children who had seen me fail every single attempt at weight loss I had tried in the past. So I couldn’t blame them… But I was determined!

And guess what… I lost… 9kgs in my first 30 days! Ya, I know! It’s mental, right?

But I did.

And after 60 days, I had lost 15kgs.

My waist went from 101 to 75cms. And the most insane thing is, I did not exercise at all in my first 60 days. Yup. True story.

I’ve now lost a total of 20kgs, and am now quite literally a new woman. 🥰”
