Keith and I connected in 2022 within the industry and since have become very good friends and have worked alongside each other at numerous jobs.

MOISTURE IS A MAJOR FACTOR IN TERMITE INFESTATION!

Moisture inside a wall cavity will create mould and timber decay, which is a highly conducive condition for termite activity and put your home at a higher risk for termite attack.

During a termite inspection, moisture testing will be carried out in shower recesses to make sure that the grout, silicon and waterproofing of the shower is mitigating water pe*******on into the adjascent walls of your home!

AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS - if waterproofing fails, moisture will appear on the adjacent walls of shower recess in the bedroom or hallways of home and rectifications may be required by Licence to Builder!
