🥰🐾HENRY UPDATE🥰🐾

Great news that Henry’s results have come back non cancerous and is healing well.

There are some cells which have come back with atypical that will have to be monitored due to them having potential to turn malignant in the future.

He has had a UTI which will need further testing in a couple of weeks.

We are so happy to share this wonderful news with everyone and again thank you for all your kind donations for Handsome Henry🥰🐾

🥰🐾Tomorrows BBQ at Bunnings Robina Sunday 11th August, will now be a fundraiser for our beautiful Arabella🥰🐾

🥰🐾Arabella has come into our care with 5 Pelvic Fractures and will require 8-10 weeks crate care with intense monitoring🥰🐾

🥰🐾CKCSRQ will give this girl the best care with her recovery so if you are in the Robina Bunnings area please come and support our BBQ and table inside to help this adorable girl 🥰🐾

🥰💙🐾Henry Update Post Op🥰💙🐾

🥰💙🐾Henry's surgery was successful in removing a very large stone and 3 smaller stones from Henry's bladder also 3 large polyps. Tissue samples have now been sent for analysis and we will wait for the results. Henry stayed with the vet last night for monitoring.

He has been a very brave boy through this whole process, and we are so grateful for all the donations that have been received to assist with Henry's surgery.

A further update will be given when we know more after his results are received back.

Thank you so much again for your generosity, it has assisted CKCSRQ so very much as we receive no government funding and soley rely on donations and fundraising activities.

🎄🐾Dogs on the Green is back THIS SUNDAY with their Christmas in July market on the Gold Coast!! Join the furry Christmas fun and make a difference, one paw print at a time by supporting small businesses and rescue groups.
🐾When: Sunday 21 July, 9am to 1pm
🐾Where: Benowa State Primary School, Gold Coast
🐾 SANTA will be there for photos with your pup and will be giving out treats too!

🥰🐾 A huge thank you to our visitors at Puppy Palooza yesterday.

It was lovely to have pats and chats about our beautiful cavaliers.

We also had a Brisbane based trainer who assisted in some questions and taught the little ones how to approach a dog and pat them.

An enjoyable day with many people out with their dogs for a stroll 🥰🐾

Say "Hi" to delightful Harry, who thinks he is still a pup & ready to run & have fun.

Harry will be 4 years old in September.

He comes desexed & a small hernia repaired.

Harry's vaccinations and worming/ heartworm are up to date, likewise his microchip.

Due to his having spent some time in a byb facility his anxiety led him to chewing on the metal bars and he wore his teeth down. Subsequently, he required extensive dental work & is left with 11 teeth.

Having now recovered, Harry is ready to find his perfect home.

Harry is very affectionate and is happiest sleeping on your bed. He will need someone at home most of the time as he has a tendency to bark & has also been known to escape.

He is good with children, some dogs, though has not been tested with cats.

He is a driven hunter & would not be suitable around other small pets such as Guinea pigs, pet rats etc.

Harry's house training is ongoing.
