To help preventing these risks, please remember to use protective moisturizer with sun protection and zinc.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin with several forms, but alpha-tocopherol is the only one used by the human body. Its main role is to act as an antioxidant, scavenging "free radicals" that can damage cells.

For your skin, Vitamin E stops the skin from losing moisture, protects cells from damage, and softens the skin. Unfortunately, with age and sun or UV exposure, Vitamin E levels - along with sebum - decrease.
