For the past 10 days we lived a magnificent adventure! We cruised Qld’s spectacular coastline the Great Barrier Reef to Cape York on the APT small expedition ship, the Caledonian Sky. Smaller crowds and zodiac experiences. We snorkel the warm waters and saw fish, reef sharks, turtles, stingrays and beautiful coral. Clambered over rocks to reach the most northerly point of mainland Australia, Cape York. Followed by champagne at sunset on the beach. Discovered wildlife havens, crocodiles were around but fortunately didn’t see one! We met Dave a unique character on Restoration island - his story “millionaire to castaway” living on the island on his own the past 30years. Truly a magical experience and feel fortunate to visit this incredible part of Australia. Made even more enjoyable in the comfort of our expedition ship which offered all guests magnificent food, wine and top service! 🚢🏝🥂🙏

We just had the most fabulous long weekend away in the South Burnett region! A retreat getaway for Qld Helloworld Travel Owners and a group of incredible Travel suppliers supporting our group and sponsoring our weekend.
Honestly the South Burnett region is a hidden gem! We explored the region by coach and visited wineries and experienced food delights from the farm to our plate! All with true country hospitality! In a major easing of pandemic travel restrictions, the U.S has announced that it will allow quarantine free arrivals for all fully vaccinated foreigners from November if they have vaccination proof and a negative COVID-19 test.

It won’t be long now until we are all back in the sky! ✈️ It’s been a huge week of announcements coming our way.

We are here to provide as much information for you, as we are sure you are wondering what might happen for Australians as the reopening of international borders takes shape in this “new world”.
