After a massive start to 2024 we are finally able to get back to normal. It appears we are getting a reputation as a company that will take care of smaller jobs that most businesses either won’t look at or want hugely inflated prices to complete. Regulated plumbing works keeps us all safe from the spread of diseases that once killed thousands. In Australia we have some of the tightest rules and regulations on who can work on our water and sewer services. It’s the main reasons we don’t have large outbreaks like many other countries still do.

It is illegal to pay a handyman (or anyone other than QBCC contractors license holder) to do ANY plumbing work!
It’s that simple. Cost of living is affecting all of us, but having non licensed people do trades work to save a few bucks is not the answer. Look at the picture, you can clearly see where the red rubber has been cut to fit. White rubber is the correct one. This particular house has had an increased water usage letter from the council. All came down to a toilet slightly running. Now they have a large water bill. Don’t risk it ! Use a licensed plumber.

A new customer called us regarding some leaking taps. Look what we found under their taps! We can’t say it enough…..check any flexi type supply pipes regularly. If you find anything like this damage get in contact with us ASAP. We can replace these old style metallic hoses with new technology “anti rust” supply pipes. If these are attached to a mixer tap, we can supply a new mixer that comes with “anti rust” technology. Don’t wait till one bursts and floods your house!
