The final photo drop for this work of art.
The Ducati 900ss Carbon Fibre Cafe Racer was a project that stands out for a couple of reasons.
Firstly the rarity, these bikes are scarce, to say the least.
A full carbon fibre body kit is something we don't see very often.
Lastly, this project was not about making our modifications stand out, it was about tying the whole thing in together to create a complete picture.
We reckon the results speak for themselves. This project was a pleasure to finish off, and we look forward to hearing about its adventures.

Take a closer look at Jamie's Ducati 900SS.
When the bike arrived the carbon body kit was installed and the engine had been rebuilt, the rest was up to us to finish. We added a custom exhaust, did a full rewire and set up all the lighting.

Check this one out! BikeBound Published a pretty cool article on one of the first Hyper Monos to hit the USA. Bryan Fuller from Fuller Moto did a pretty good job dressing this thing up.
And he even used a set of Omni Lights for Indicators!

The Conondale Classic Weekend was an incredible experience, highlighting the best of vintage motocross. From the Show and Shine to the thrilling flat track races, the event had something for every enthusiast. The big idea with this build was to get weird with the Classic Chopper style. Borrowing the treid and trued method, and putting a few twists in it. Modified Air ride springer, WR style split tanks mounted low over the rocker boxes, Round tube swing arm with air ride rear, Custom oil tank, with a bunch more one off parts to come. Check out the front end transformation of this 1976 FL Shovelhead chopper. We swapped out the 41mm forks for an Early Style Springer from Meatballs Springers, narrowed the front leg by 35mm, and custom-fitted a single air shock.

There's something special about making a bike fit for its duties. Our rider wanted something that would be capable of doing big Ks comfortably.
After picking his bike up, we received a call later that night that the bike had successfully made the trip taking the long way home doing over 500ks of mixed road and gravel.

The bones are complete.
One of the biggest projects we've taken on has slowly begun to take shape. Tom and Donny began the frame build in September last year, with the bulk of the frame and front end taking months to complete. Now for the first time, the speedway build is standing on its own two feet.

The last year has been a huge one for us here in the Purpose Built Moto shed. We are starting to roll off and settle down for a little break and we felt it was a good opportunity to look back over the year. These are some of our favourite builds to roll out of the shop this year, many of which wouldn't have been possible without you, the wide network of people who support us and help us do what we do.

Got Boost?
After the owner of this MT10 had a bit too much fun and would the boost up a bit too much the engine detonated, completely. We took it in, rebuilt it with CP pistons and rods, and then made a bunch of performance changes that would allow for more efficient cooling and heat dissipation. What we have been left with is a bike that Tom says "does 200 in like 3 seconds."

The last one for the year was definitely something different for us.
Boost is a funny thing, that noise "sutututu" is one that unites any petrolhead. It's rare to see a bike with boost though. This MT10 is now one of those rare bikes that can cram 12 psi into the into the motor making a lively 230 brake horse.
