In Western Sydney, Tina and Mick want to start a new chapter in life. Their kids have flown the coop, and they want to start transitioning towards retirement.

After raising 10 kids, Jackie and Terry were ready to sell the enormous family home on the Mornington Peninsula, retire and hit the road. The market, however, had other ideas, and their target price of 1.6 million met with zero interest.
