We made our own custom choclate bars, had a tiny peek through the windows into the factory where nougat was being made, did a little ""seek and find"" around the premises and watched s video to learn the basics of nougat making. The staff were friendly and VERY helpful. What a great way to spend an hour. We plan to book ahead and do a tour and workshop in the future. 😀" - Sarah Bromwich

The premises consists of a shop for the chocolate and Nougat, with wonderful gift ideas. There is a restaurant and the best breakfast I had in a very long time. She was so patient with him and worked with him to get through the chocolate making, he can be quite the handful and nothing was a problem! Highly recommend! All the kids had a ball! Rather they import what I believe is one of the best Belgium chocolate - Callebaut. Then they use it to make a number of products including coating various fruits and nuts they roast inhouse. They do make their own nougat and marshmallows, which are delicious. We took a factory tour and saw the passion of the staff for ensuring the best quality products. We bought heaps and then had lunch at the Cafe. Something healthy first, followed by a delicious iced chocolate- using Belgium chocolate of course!" - Rae-Anne Diehm

The workshop teacher was a lovely lady, as was the man in the cafe who made my coffee. Parking was easy, a delicious shop, and lunch was yum. A nice touch was the photo-op corner outside the shop.
