Introducing our amazing chocolatier Michelle! Queen of flavour and full of passion. She has been busy making something very special for Mother’s Day this year and my goodness she has exceeded our expectations. Our lotus flower pot dessert is layered with biscoff base, salted caramel Center and smooth ganache top layer. She has lovely created her flower pot by finishing the dessert with a stunning crysamtemum flower head from marshmallow. So special and available tomorrow only in our cafe.

Did you know that the Rocky Road dessert was first created in Australia in 1853? Originally made from a mix of chocolate and nuts, the name referenced the rocky road where travellers accessed the gold fields since the desert looked like a rather bumpy road filled with rocks and potholes.

We made our own custom choclate bars, had a tiny peek through the windows into the factory where nougat was being made, did a little ""seek and find"" around the premises and watched s video to learn the basics of nougat making. Our popular Monthly Open Day returns on Saturday, November 11th.
This open day, bring your furry companion. Indulge them with our new Puppy Puppuccinos—whipped, creamy delights crafted just for your pooch’s palate.
We've also set aside a special play area for your little companions. Bring your small dogs under 10 kg to frolic and socialise in a safe, pet-friendly zone.
Waggin Tails Central Coast will also be here with their finest trainers and will provide some puppy training demonstrations, tips and tricks to take home to your furry friend.
Prepare yourself for an incredible day filled with joy, laughter, and an abundance of sweet treats that will satisfy all your cravings!
Best of all, there are no entry fees, and we have a delightful surprise in store for you with FREE SURPRISE SAMPLES, freshly prepared on the day!

We invite you to explore our factory where delicious treats are created for all to enjoy. Make your way through the big wooden doors where you will be greeted with a shop filled with chocolate, nougat and more. Take a look behind the scenes as you wander through the factory floor, watching your beloved treats come to life.
