After a conversation about school lunches, this bar was born. Full of goodness and omg so delicious. Its one of the things I can't keep in the house because unfortunately i am unable to keep my hands to myself. This one is so tasty and healthy, I think I am going to have to make a paleo version so share the love.

Oh Blueberries. A very healthy vegan/paleo bar with coconut and blueberries. It was delicious, however next time I think ill try it with raspberries!!

More paleo goodies. This time it's the Ravaging rum and orange. Mmmmmmm rum.

What's better than chocolate muffins on a wet and windy day? Chocolate, cranberry and pistachio muffins, that's what 😋

For those that don't know me, I am currently on a very strict diet. This makes it hard to taste test some of my new recipes. I'm usually lucky enough to have a few guinea pigs around to test on, but I just pulled some custard tarts out of the oven (my first attempt making these) and thought I would take them to work with me. So if your in Geelong tomorrow, pop into the shop and try one of my tarts while stocks last. I'll be at 127 Ryrie street, "As good as new", and yes lizzie your tasting is mandatory

Looks like this weekend might be a quiet one. Which is a perfect opportunity to play around with some custard tarts...

I have been playing around with flavours. This mornings experiment was baileys tim tam cheese cake ball. Since I came home with none, I have to say they were a hit!

Now no one can say no, with a batch of paleo brownies.

And that would make phase three complete. For all those with strict dietary requirements, I do have a range of paleo delisciousness

Is there anything better than a fresh apple crumble muffin? well yes, a dozen of them and for only $18

Don't forget you can add things too. These are the chocolate muffins topped with marshmallow.

And the ultra brownie was born. A brownie mixed with marshmallow and raspberry. Definitely not one for the diabetic in the family.
