This is the second bat I have made for Soloman, he has definitely grown out of the first 🏏🏏

Hi all, it has been a long time since I've posted but that doesn't mean that JarCutta Cricket hasn't been busy.
I had a setback with an order of willow over the off season but that has now been resolved. This along with a major renovation at home has meant that my social media presence has been non existent over winter.
Most clubs have recently started pre season training and repairs, refurbs and new bat enquiries are coming in thick and fast.
Pictured here is a fully custom made JarCutta Mirror bat with retro Duncan Fearnley stickers as requested by its new owner Darren Fleet. I have no problem accommodating personalised requests as JarCutta isn't my full time job but something that I do to make cricket lovers happy.
I know that this bat will be well looked after and I hope plenty of runs will be made in the 24/25 season Fleety 🏏

Hi all, quick update on coloured pads..
After receiving all of the different colour requests and submitting an order to my supplier unfortunately with the Aussie dollar being so low the shipping costs are going to make it unaffordable for me at this time.
I will continue to have my supplier checking freight options and pricing going forward.

Not for the faint hearted these are big bats.
The Mirror bat is SH and at maximum legal thickness coming in at 2'13 but picks up really nice.
The Gold bat is LB with big spine all the way through the toe, also 2'13 with amazing pick up.
Bats come with bat cover and extratec can be fitted at no charge.

Of all my bats this one still has my heart ❤️
Given to my brother and I second hand back in about 1988 it has been with me ever since..
I have sanded it back, oiled it & re-stickered it more times than I can remember but it just keeps on going. Still has the original handle and binding I've just cut about 20mm off the toe and reshaped it as it was rotting away from being used as a back yard throw around bat for years 😔
My 10 year old wanted to use it tomorrow in his U/13's game so I gave it another going over taking the last set of stickers off (ADIDAS) and putting a replica set of the original DF C**T stickers back on 🏏🏏
It's never had a face cover on it so I buffed it up and gave it a fresh drink of linseed oil 🤤🤤
Hopefully Haz looks after it for me 🤞
