To our valued customers,

We would like to inform everyone that starting the 1st of July 2022, there will be a price increase on our products. At the mean time we will add some new products to the new menu, such as wedges potatoes and crunch skin on chips.

Due to the increasing price of our raw ingredients and materials, we update the price respectively. We do not want to use alternative products or other brands for our ingredients as we want to continue providing you decent products.

Hoping for your kind understanding on this matter and we thank you so much for your continuous support of our small and humble business.

Hi there,

We have recently received a few complaints about our fries not being crispy and have little black dots on some of them. We are very sorry that this is happening, and now we are trying our best to resolve this problem…

Apparently, the whole food industry is currently facing a really bad product shortage. There are lots of products are out of order, and the items we getting now is in much higher price and sometimes lower quality. Like our chips supplier now is using different potatoes which is making the chips not look as good as before and sometimes not crispy enough…. However, after getting the feedbacks from our customers, we decide to give up for the chips supplier we have been use for last six years and change to a new brand. And I am sure this issue will be sorted out soon…

Telstra has finally arrived and Our land line and efpos is working right now! Thank you very much for your patience and again we apologise for the inconvenience.

Our internet and phone line is currently off and Telstra will send a technician today between 10 am to 2 pm. Hopefully they can solve the problem today.

We are not able to take phone orders and we have to take cash only before they fix it. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, and we will keep updating the status of this issue.
