Happy Winter practice everyone! The weather can be a challenge some days but practicing is totally worth it. By practicing Tai Chi we can become more in tune with nature.
Using the correct stance to gain connection to the earth, breathing with the whole body and moving at a smooth even tempo from yin to yang our body and minds benefit.
Term 3 will begin the week of 23rd July for 10 weeks. Details of classes are listed on our website www.taichicollege.com.au and registrations are open now.
A new Beginner class will be starting Wednesday 24th July at 9am at the Gymea Community Hall with Helen Lee. A new Push Hands class is starting 8 - 9pm Thursday 25th July at the Gymea Community Hall.

Hi everyone,
The classes for Term 2, 2024 are now listed on our Website for you to enrol in the class of your choice. http://www.taichicollege.com.au

Payment can be made after enrolment using Stripe, or bank transfer. Payments may also be made on the first day of term to your instructor, in cash if this is easiest for you.

Beginner classes are being run on Tuesday night 7-8pm from 30th April, at the Gymea Community Hall. cost: $120 per term of 10 weeks.
Beginner classes are also running Wednesday morning 8-9am, 1st May, Gymea Community Hall. cost: $120 per term of 10 weeks.
Sunday Beginners runs from 10am, 5th May at Kogarah Prinary School, $110 per term.
Experienced students class is 8-9am 1st May, Gymea Community Hall, $110 per term.
Advanced class is Thursdays 7-8pm 2nd May, $130
Practice runs continuously each Saturday 8-9am, Centenary Park

Hi everyone, here are the details of classes being held in Term 1, 2024!
Beginners' classes will be held at the Gymea Community Hall on Tuesday nights 6th Feb to 9th April at 7-8pm. They will also be held there on Wednesday mornings 8-9am. Both classes cost $120 per term.
Sunday beginner lessons are held at Kogarah Primary school, 24B Gladstone St Kogarah 10-11am from 4th Feb to 24th March. As this is a shorter term, cost is $90 until the Easter weekend.
Experienced students meet Wednesday 8-9am at the Gymea Community Hall, 7th Feb- 10th April, cost for the term $120.
Advanced class is Thursday 7-8pm 8th Feb - 11th April at the Gymea Community Hall, cost $130.
To join a class online go to www.taichicollege.com and login with your details. Please follow the prompts.
Saturday practice will commence 3rd February at the Centenary Park, 68 Karimbla Rd, Miranda. The cost is $60 per calendar year.

Our Annual Christmas get together was held Saturday 9th December at Centennial Park, Miranda.
It was a lovely morning, very hot but the trees kept it cool for us.

We would like to invite you to attend our Annual Christmas Get-together, on the 9th December. As it will be held outdoors, in the Centenary Park, Miranda there is a backup date of 16th December if raining.

This will be followed by a casual bring-your-own morning tea afterwards, and then the AGM for interested financial members.

Term 4 classes start soon. If you are an existing student, log in at taichicollege.com.au to register for your term 4 class.
New students can just come on the first day and pay your instructor for the class.
The following GYMEA CLASSES are held in the Community Hall, Gymea Bay Rd.
* Beginners Tai Chi is held Tuesday nights, 7-8pm, starting 10th October, term fee is $120

It's great to see how many people have returned to Tai Chi classes this term! It's not too late to start back when we start Term 3. Everyone is very welcome - new students and old friends! Beginners Qi Gong is being offered this term as well!

Wednesday experienced, with Sam Li and Helen lee, 8-9am $120. Term starts 26th April

Thursday advanced with Sam Li, 7-8pm, $130. Term starts 27th April

Saturday practice group will now be held outdoors in good weather at Centenary Park, 68 Karimbla Road, Miranda. The cost is $60 till the end on 2023. The first practice will be 29th April I’m fine weather.

Sunday beginners class with Sam Law is being held at 10am Kogarah primary School, 24B Gladstone St. Kogarah $110 per term from 30th April.

Just wishing all our Tai Chi friends a very Merry Christmas and a safe, healthy and active 2022!
Hopefully classes will start up at the beginning of Term One 2022, and we will catch up with each other finally. Look after yourselves and particularly your health over the Christmas and New Year period.

Hello everyone,
I hope you are enjoying the beautiful spring weather, and getting out to walk and practice Tai Chi. Unfortunately classes will not resume this term, due to the ongoing Delta variant surge of Covid in Sydney. We can't wait until this settles down and we can practice together at Gymea.

Beginners Tai Chi 13th July – 14th September 2021

Thursday 7-8pm
Advanced class practice 15th July – 16th September 2021 $120 per term Sam Li
Saturday 8-9am Tai Chi practice Continuing from term 2
$60 per year

Each student needs to pay $10 registration fee ONCE only per year. The website www.taichicollege.com.au has the payment option open now.

Hi Everyone,
I'm so happy to tell you classes are definitely starting up again in Term 2, from 20th April 2021. It has been a long but very necessary break, but now it's time to meet your old Tai Chi mates and do some practice. Classes and practice will be held in the Gymea Community Hall.
There are some changes - the Wednesday morning Tai Chi & Qi Gong class will now be held Tuesdays 9-10am.
Beginners class is Tuesday 7-8pm
Advanced training is still Thursday 7-8pm
Tai Chi practice still continues on Saturdays 8-9am

If you are interested in doing Qi Gong, please contact Sam Li by email about the level you would like to learn. If Sam has enough numbers, they will be held on Wednesday 7-8pm at the Caringbah Healthcare Centre.
