This week, we say goodbye to our Optus Caloundra store. This area has always been close to our hearts as our founding location for Queensland and a few seasons of being in then out in Caloundra. Thank you to all the teams who have made this store what it is, and to all the people past and present who have shown up with excellence and care for their community.

To the current team, including the store manager Dave, we honour you for your grit and joyful spirits over the last season. We know you will all thrive under the new ownership.

Congratulations to Ehab as he takes on this store, and we pray for blessing in all future store endeavours.

Today marks our final day with ownership over Optus Noosa. We're so full of gratitude for the teams that have been a part of serving the northern Sunshine Coast.
Countless people have been a part of this wonderful journey and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who has been a part of this team these last 12 months. We want to thank Alyce for her steady leadership in carrying the weight of two stores over the past few months. Best of luck to her, Susannah and Amanda as they continue to serve under the new ownership of Suntel, and we pray for blessing over them in this next season.

Significant changes are coming to our Bundaberg and Gympie stores. We're so proud of the journey we've walked with these communities, and excited for the future as they change ownership to Suntel next week.

Words cannot express our level of gratitude to every team member past and present as they've led the vision of Network for many, many years. Thank you to our store leaders Brenton, Brad and Rox for your steady leadership in all the ups and downs of the past several years.

Finally, a special thank you to Yale, for his years of leadership to the Bundaberg store and the greater community as he's fearlessly led with grace.

We pray for blessing over all our team as many ventures off into their next season and for Suntel's team as they carry the stores on.

Optus has been the victim of a cyberattack and is investigating the possible unauthorised access of current and former customers’ information. We acted quickly to stop this attack. Optus services, including mobile and home internet, are not affected, and messages and voice calls have not been compromised. Optus services remain safe to use and operate as per normal.

We are working closely with the Australian Cyber Security Centre, key regulators and authorities to mitigate any risks to customers. We also notified the Australian Federal Police and financial institutions. While we are not aware of customers having suffered any harm, we encourage you to have a heightened awareness across your accounts, including looking out for unusual or fraudulent activity, as well as any notifications which may seem odd or suspicious.

If you require a trolley for your grocery shop, the best place to park is the top Woolworths car park. 🛒
