Exciting times ahead for me and B Pilates. My main focus will soon be my first bubba and it's time to hand the studio over to someone who can give it their undivided attention. Luckily for me the perfect person was available at the the perfect time Molly. While I will still be teaching at B Pilates, Molly is taking over the business and can expertly cater to all your Pilates needs. I love Pilates, sharing it with you and am extremely grateful to you all for Pilating with me, some of you for over 8 years. If you haven’t met Molly yet I know you will love her, she is an extremely experienced teacher with a passion for Pilates. Here is a little msg from Molly:

Reformer assisted sit ups. Sits up are a pretty hard move for most people to achieve well. The reformer resistance and movement of the carriage support you as you build strength and flexibility in the right spots. You’ll still feel it in the abs, but not your back or neck. Video sped up slightly.

Molly (dancer) helping Beck (not dancer) find those dance arm lines. I kind of get it by the end 😬 So much strength, flexibility and awareness required to complete that last little bit. Dancers just make hard things look easy. Need help with your Pilates or dance technique? Book a private session with Molly. No dance experience required
