Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a lovely Christmas.

After 40 fabulous years of my dream job, I have decided to retire and close my business, with 2022 being my last wonderful year.

I have the most heartfelt gratitude, respect and admiration for you all. It has been a pleasure and an honour to have been entrusted to deliver quality dance education to you and or your children.

The situation is of course bittersweet. I absolutely love all elements of my role, everything from concerts, eisteddfods, exams, costumes and choreography to getting to know my students personally often throughout their entire school life.

I hope I have instilled in every one of my PMAD students, the love of dance and the performing arts.

My focus now is prioritizing time with our ageing parents and our grandchildren.

Thank you for your support and friendship over the years. I wish you all the very best for the future.

Last week we had our first ever Acro exams! And how amazing do the girls looks! So very proud of how far we have come this year with our acro skills!

Do you have a little groover?! Our tiny tots class is perfect class for your little ones to come dance and play with friends.
Our Tiny Tots class is suitable for students 2 years to 4 years old. It's a great introduction to dance. Giving students a fusion of ballet and jazz. It will incorporate fun games, imaginative play and music while learning the fundamentals of dance. As well as develop gross and fine motor skills, social and emotional learning and advancing their cognitive development!

Saturday night we watch our beautiful former student Joise perform in the Australasian dance collectives ‘Aftermath’.
It was a spectacular visual and audio show that left us with goose bumps! Congratulations Josie on another amazing performance we are all so proud 💕

NEWS FLASH!! Adult Tap Classes commencing Monday 8th February. 5.15pm – 6.00pm.
Would you like to have some fun while increasing your fitness, strength and co-ordination? Tap dancing combinations build strength in the legs, feet and core as well as increasing flexibility in the hips, knees and ankles. Cognitive abilities are also increased. It is a great workout for all ages and can be adapted for all fitness and skill levels.

We are excited to announce our new class Acro Dance

Acro Dance is an art form that incorporates both the fluid movements of dance and the difficult tricks from acrobatics. It incorporates elements of gymnastic, jazz, ballet, balancing and contortion. Students will learn tricks such as handstands, cartwheels and aerials, chest stands, elbow stands and walkovers. To master these tricks students must develop a good foundation of strength and flexibility. Acro Dance is then displayed beautifully through choreographed routines where tricks get displayed through the fluid movements of dance.
