How much will this cost?

Many people want to know how much their project is going to cost straight away, however we need to take many factors into consideration when costing a project including the materials used in the build, the finish that people are wanting, which others trades we are going to need and many more.

I liken this question to purchasing a car, are you wanting a basic car to get you place to place or are you wanting a Ferrari?

We can go through your plans (including engineered plans) with you to work out what you are wanting and to work within your budget.

When can you start my project?

Depending on what stage your plans are at and how many other projects we have we are usually able to start your project within 1-6 months, for smaller projects it could be sooner.

Do you give a warranty?

Yes, in Tasmania all building works completed under a building contract are covered by a statutory warranty.

How do you handle clean-up and post-construction services?

We pride ourselves on keeping our sites clean and tidy. We include thorough clean-up services as part of our project completion process. Once construction is finished, we ensure the site is left in excellent condition. Additionally, we offer post-construction support to address any issues or touch-ups needed after you move in.

What permits and inspections will be required?

The necessary permits and inspections depend on the scope and location of your project. Once you have council and plumbing approval we handle rest of the process and ensure all required inspections are scheduled and passed to comply with local building codes and regulations.
