Do you want to feel like a superhero before breakfast? Well, forget about drinking radioactive sludge or getting bitten by a spider, because all you need is a pair of running shoes and the willingness to get up at the crack of dawn! Running in the morning can give you a serious boost of energy that will make you feel like you can conquer the world (or at least your morning meeting). And let's be honest, there's something pretty satisfying about knowing that while everyone else is still in dreamland, you're already out there, pounding the trails like a total badass. So, put on your totally seductive thermals, let the breeze tousle your hair, and get ready to start your day like a champion. Who knows, maybe one day you'll even get your own comic book series!
I'm beyond thrilled to announce the launch of my new running coaching business, but let's be real, I'm also shaking in my trail runners. π¬ But hey, you know what they say - if your dreams don't scare you, they're not big enough, right? πββοΈπͺ So, let's cue for a nervous pre-race portaloo visit, lace up, sweat it out, and hit the trails. Can't wait to see you soon.
Hey everyone! I'm so excited to announce the launch of my new website for my brand new running coaching business! I have to admit, it's been a little (ok, a lot) scary taking this leap, but I am passionate about improving our sense of community, our health and our personal empowerment through the power of the humble run (or jog, walk or trudge) & I can't wait to share that passion with all of you.
Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned runner, check out www.treadrunning.com.au.
Good to Go!
