Meet the squad:
Meet Cam,
Cam is the Men's captain of the Mazey squad. Cam has to be the most encouraging, energetic and motivating athlete in our group. He is always there to support the younger (and older..) guys and girls in the squad.
Cam has been a successful runner since little aths, and has been running with Rob for many years now. He is a hard working athlete who competes in a multitude of events, including decathlons, and has been the top point scorer for Sandy Bay Harriers for the past couple of years.
Off the track, Cam is an apprentice joiner and an all round good guy who knows how to make you smile! ๐๐โโ๏ธ
Meet the squad:
Meet Pam,
Pam is the womens captain of the Sandy Bay Harrier Squad (SBHC) but also the womens captain of the Mazey squad. Being the captain of the Mazey squad is a huge role. She not only has to do her competition and focus on her competition but she has to support the younger guys in the group also.
Pam has been with Rob the longest and is by far the hardest working, most resilient and determined athlete he trains. Rob often says he is privileged to coach a person like Pam.
When Pam isnโt dominating on the track she is doing heaps of work behind the scenes, such as merchandise management, getting together powerful SBHC relay teams and most importantly taking her dog Frankie for big walksโค๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
