Take a piece of paper and some crayons, use the hand with which you normally don't write and create an intuitive drawing.

Follow your spontaneous impulses and allow your drawing to emerge without knowing where it will lead you. Let go of control!

Use your voice to make intuitive sounds while drawing.
It will help you to stay present and to let go of thinking.

When you feel your drawing is finished, take a moment to look at it and feel in silence how it speaks to you.

This is your inner voice speaking to you! ❤
