For our June wine special, we’re showcasing Longview Vineyard’s Fresco, from Adelaide Hills, South Australia 🍷 Created from a young, vibrant and fresh blend of Nebbiolo, Pinot Nero, Barbera, and Dolcetto grapes, this wine delivers a lip-smacking palate, with berry characters, before finishing with a savoury edge, ripe tannin, and well balanced acidity. Available by both the glass and bottle, to enjoy on your next visit! 🖤🇮🇹
Another new addition to our wine list is Tassie’s own Laurel Bank’s Riesling, made using a classic old-style cool ferment, allowing the fruit flavour to shine. Delivering a long and intense sip, with flavours of lime and grapefruit, the acidity of this Riesling pairs perfectly with any of our risotti! 🖤🇮🇹
