The objective of this review was to express a limited assurance opinion on the Tasmanian Community Fund's (TCF) processes and considerations that led to its decision to publicly support a yes vote in the Voice Referendum, and its processes for assessing the Australians for Indigenous Constitutional Recognition Ltd (AICR) grant.
This review covers events that occurred between 4 December 2022 and 2 February 2024. The review did not examine the TCFโs general grant administration processes. However, it did examine how the grants administration framework and other policies were applied to the AICR grant.

The objective of this audit was to express an opinion on whether the length of custodial stays undertaken at Ashley Youth Detention Centre (AYDC) are compliant with sentencing orders under the Sentencing Act 1997 and Youth Justice Act 1997.

The objective of this audit was to assess whether access to public oral health services, including early intervention and prevention, was efficient and effective.
This audit assessed whether Oral Health Services Tasmania (OHST) had arrangements in place that efficiently and effectively facilitated access to public oral health services. The focus on access was broader than waiting for treatment, it also included community education on good oral health and access to preventative care.
This audit reviewed arrangements in place to facilitate access to oral health services and examined trends in oral health data since 2013-14.
Whilst OHST cooperated with the private sector in providing dental care for some clients, the audit did not assess access to private dental services, nor did it test clinical decision-making.
