⚠️ 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱-𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀. These chemicals - natural or man-made - are non-selective in nature. This means they target and act on all bacteria in your microbiota – not only “bad bacteria”. While a broad-spectrum approach may be necessary at times, good bacteria are also removed by non-selective treatments. In fact, research has shown that some treatments act more against beneficial bacteria of the gut microbiome than potentially pathogenic bacteria, causing harmful alterations to your gastrointestinal ecosystem. Instead, I like to bolster the body's own ability to destroy harmful elements by improving the function of the paneth cells using Nrf2 activating sulphorophane at the clinically accurate dose.
