In mid-January, Barrie reached out with a goal: to get fitter, lose some weight, get stronger, and feel better overall.

He also loved supers football and wanted to be at his best this season.

But it was more than just football, Barrie aimed to bring the 10/10 version of himself into every area of his life.

Dreams become goals when you write them down.

Goals become plans when you map them out.

Plans become reality when you take action.

This year, I set my sights on making the state team. I didn’t just wish for it, I wrote it down, devised a plan, and got to work. Over the weekend, all that hard work paid off as I proudly represented my state in Queensland.

It’s incredible what you can achieve when you believe in yourself and put in the relentless effort to make it happen.

Writing your goals down is the first step.

Planning gives you a roadmap to follow, but ex*****on is where the magic happens.

No matter how big or small your dreams are, remember this: believe in yourself, write it down, plan it out, and most importantly, execute with everything you’ve got.

Here’s to setting more goals, making more plans, and turning more dreams into reality!

This is Callum when he first joined TCFIT.

Luke shredded 17kg of fat & packed on some solid muscle since I started working with him at the start of the year 💪

He’s 43, feeling strong, full of energy, confident & is on his way to getting in the best shape of his life.

🌿 Take Care of Your Whole Self 🌿

Your diet isn’t just about what you eat. It’s about everything that feeds your mind, body, and spirit. From the movies you watch to the people you spend time with, every choice affects your well-being.

🎬 Choose uplifting movies and shows. Are they making you feel good or bringing you down? Just like you pick your food carefully, pick your entertainment mindfully.

🎶 Listen to music that makes you happy and gives you good vibes. Let the tunes lift you up and make you feel positive.

📚 Read stuff that makes you think and learn new things. Find books and articles that make you curious and expand your mind.

👫 Hang out with people who make you feel good about yourself. Surround yourself with friends who support you and make you smile.

💭 Be aware of your thoughts. Just like you choose what to eat, choose to think positive thoughts. Be thankful for what you have and be kind to yourself.

🧘‍♂️ Take time for yourself and do things that make you feel good. Whether it’s yoga, meditation, or going for a walk, find what relaxes you and do it often.

Remember, you’re a whole person, and you deserve to take care of every part of yourself. Be mindful of what you let into your heart, mind, and body. Your well-being matters.

Losing 31kg of fat in 16 weeks isn’t easy but Phil pulled it off.

At 54 years young Phil is on his way to getting in the best shape of his life.

He’s strong, has tons of energy, confidence & has morphed into a new man.

Like many guys his age Phil was stuck doing spin & pump classes but was’t seeing any results.

After seeing Ex Premier and friend PG go through his transformation he was ready to start his own journey with me.

So we got to work.

We got Phil out of the group classes and built a customised training plan he could commit to & built some solid muscle.

Installed our flexible nutrition system that had him eating all the foods he loves whilst shredding the fat off.

What’s even better is that we have until July to get him ready for his daughter’s wedding so we are keeping the head down & locking in until then.

The only downfall with the whole process is he will need a completely new wardrobe & suit.

There’s a reason why the term “average” has such a negative connotation.

It represents the bare minimum, the least one can do or achieve.

But why settle for that?

Why settle for mediocrity when you have the potential to be extraordinary?

The sad truth is that the average man is indeed overweight, unhealthy and unhappy.

They have settled for a sedentary lifestyle and a mediocre existence.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

You have the power to take control of your life and become the best version of yourself.

Don’t settle for a life of constant fatigue, stress, and dissatisfaction.

Embrace the challenge of improving your physical and mental health, and you’ll be amazed at the positive changes you’ll experience.

You’ll have more energy, feel more confident, and enjoy a higher quality of life.

Remember, greatness is not reserved for the select few.

It’s within your reach as well.

All you have to do is commit to the journey and refuse to settle for average.

Are your goals intentions, or just empty promises?

I hear it all the time guys saying “I want to get a 6-pack” or “I’m going to get in the best shape of my life”...

But the harsh truth is that most men fail at this...

Because they don’t follow the right steps to achieve goals that actually mean something.

The first step is setting a goal you TRULY want to achieve, if that’s getting a 6-pack then fine set that as your goal.

But ask yourself why?

This is the all important second step.

Attaching an emotion and a real reason to setting that goal and making sure it means something to you.

So write your goal down and underneath write 3 reasons why that goal is important and why it’s going to improve your life.

You should easily get 3 reasons if it genuinely means something to you.

Finally, make that goal an intention, not another empty promise.

Live, breathe, eat and sleep that goal.

The thought of failing should terrify you.

Commit to it.

Take action & execute.

What ARE you going to do, what ARE you going to achieve?

NO quick fixes…

And NO magic pills for getting ripped…

It takes time to build a better, leaner & stronger version of yourself.

Embrace the process…

Focus on daily actions which will take you from where you are now, to where you want to be:

✅ Get your 7+ hours of sleep a night so you wake up refreshed and energised…

✅ Plan out your schedule and prep meals to eliminate any last minute “I don’t have time” excuses…

✅Feed your body like a high-performance machine, not a garbage bin…

✅ Have a to-do list and tick the boxes daily to stay on track. This could be for meals, training, cardio and steps…

✅ Actually have a nutrition & training plan then actually execute it. Track your numbers & progress EVERY SINGLE WEEK…

I know, it’s easier said than done.

But I promise you .

Being consistent & showing up daily will lead you to achieving the body of your dreams.

Trust me I would know.

Former tall, lanky & chubby kid with no confidence who made a choice to do whatever it took to NATURALLY build a better, leaner & stronger physique.

Moral of the story…

If I can do it, you can do it to.

Only if you’re willing to invest into yourself & put in the work.

Die with memories, not dreams ✅

You build up skill sets and habits by practicing them.

That’s how you become good at them.

You may not be realising that every day you’re practicing skill sets and habits that are leading you down a path of failure and ruin.

Skill sets and habits such as…

Starting and stopping (whether it’s workouts, nutrition, projects, I'm going to do this but it never happens) & not being consistent.

Making excuses and not taking responsibility for your life.

Not doing the things you’d said you’d do (to others, but more importantly - to yourself!).

Not being prepared (meals, presentations, clients, the day)

Not doing your best and doing enough to get by, or cutting corners hoping no one notices.

Basing your behaviours on how you feel like and not based on your values, your priorities, and what you say you’re committed to.

Any behaviour that is taking you away from who you want to become.

You’re putting in reps every day and getting better and better at the wrong things.

This is why it’s so important to surround yourself with people that elevate your behaviours, make you strive for more, keep you accountable.

But it starts with you and realising that you may be practicing things you need to stop 🛑

Then create a path and plan, with guidance and accountability, to take you in the right direction.

A Guide to Becoming a High Testosterone Man 💪🔥
