U-Turn aims to break the cycle of motor vehicle theft by engaging participants in 'hands on' mechanical training while addressing personal development issues. Funding has been cut for this remarkable program which has helped to turn around the lives of hundreds of young people and has saved the state millions of dollars in detention costs.
