A wonderful evening for 50 lucky ticket holders. Cellar Door 1st Birthday celebrations. Congratulations to a fabulous team!
Guests snacked on a luscious graze table and enjoyed canapés.
*Oysters with a dressing made from Breamcreek late harvest reisling & yuzu pearls .
* Oysters deep fried served with a pickled aoili and sweet cured lemon.
*Venison Croquettes, venison braised in redwine, marmalade and Fennel. Topped with kewpie & medlar plum sauce.
*Scallops in shell with miso butter & spring onion
*Mini brioche with smoked chicken, brie and fruit jelly
*Lamb kofta skewers , flatbread, eggplant pickle yoghurt & pickled onion.
