To our dear customers:

It is with great difficulty to come to the conclusion that we need to announce a price rise effective on 11th July.

Due to the ever-increasing cost of ingredients, fuel surcharges, delivery fees etc., we find it necessary to increase our prices in an effort to remain viable. We've been trying to absorb these costs for a long time, with constant price increases（salmon prices up over 60%, cooking oil over 100%， chicken and all Japanese products over 30%）, in an effort to maintain our quality we simply cannot limp along any longer. Not only have prices increased but the ability to find our ingredients has been a nightmare as well.

The price increase has allowed us to continue to use high-quality products and to ensure as much diversity as possible on our existing menu.

Please believe me when I say we have not made this decision lightly.

We thank all of our customers for making Hokkaido Sushi what it is today. Thank you.

Due to the epidemic caused difficulties reasons. We are announcing that our online order will have some temporarily adjustment on delivery areas and time scheme(start from Friday 18th Feb).

Our customers also can select pick up at local shop(Town, Eastlands, Northgate), enter the discount code which will have extra 10% discount( pick up order only).

Our new delivery areas will be(over $30 under these area will be free delivery):

Our delivery scheme will change to 5pm-8pm every day. Any time place order is available, but the delivery will start from 5pm-8pm/7days, and we will try our best to delivery to you as soon as possible.

We apology for the inconvenience of areas that we didn't covered above, will encourage customers to pick up at local shop and get 10% discount.

saba is the Japanese word for the chub, or Pacific mackerel. The fish is very commonly consumed throughout Japan, and is popular because of its nutritional value. Saba has an oily, rich flavor that is quite delicious. The saba we served with lightly sour rice vinegar and pickled ginger, the mixtures of flavour will be very impressive. Especially for fish lover.
