We currently have a vacancy for a Service Advisor in our busy Ford service centre.

This challenging, yet rewarding role will include:

Customer reception duties, providing technical advice and workshop scheduling and providing absolute excellence in customer service

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, be process driven and also able to show initiative, be able to work unsupervised in what can sometimes be a high-pressure environment, have excellent organisational and administration skills, and hold a current manual driver's licence.

A sound understanding of motor vehicle mechanics would be considered an advantage, but not essential.
