🏡 Recover in the comfort of your own home with our dedicated virtual care team of nurses, doctors and allied health professionals.

📱 If you are at risk of becoming very sick, the team will send you a virtual healthcare monitoring kit with devices to monitor your recovery and contact you if needed.

💊 The Care@home team can also provide eligible people with referral for PCR testing and scripts for antiviral medication.
