I know it's getting cold π₯Ά but come join us for a 30 minute outdoor workout to get some fresh air.
It's hard coming out when all you want to do is snuggle up on the warm couch, but I promise once you start moving you will be sure to warm up. βΊοΈ

These run Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 5pm.

Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated to our fundraiser for the Good Friday Appeal. We managed to raise $617! π
As for the train the trainer, I completely forgot to film, I remembered right near the end of the workout, but the workout was:
Romanian Deadlift to Squats - 100/100
Commandos- 100/120
Toe Taps - 150/150
Burpees - 60/80
One of these years you will give me a workout without commandos and Burpees π but as expected those were the 2 that got me again haha but I tried.

The hardest part is getting to the session, you will feel so much better for yourself after the session.

In a couple of weeks it will be Good Friday, which means we are again fundraising for the Good Friday Appeal.
Thanks to everyone's donations last year, we raised $1106 which is amazing and we would love to be able to raise as much as we can again this year and with your help I think we can do it π
We have raised $3426 over the last 5 years with everyone's help so we would love to add to that total again this year.
If you would like to contribute, click the link at the top of the post. This donates directly to the Good Friday Appeal (we don't get your money it goes straight to the fundraiser). And it will email you a tax deductible receipt once you have donated.
Now those that know us know we will also do something for the fundraiser, so we are doing a Train the Trainer workout, the one time a year you get to punish us back.

What unfortunate weather to have to start our bootcamps.
It will still go ahead if it's raining a bit, but if it is full storms/bucketing down rain we will have to cancel for safety.
I will reach out to everyone booked in if we need to cancel (you will not lose your money, I will reschedule your booking to the next session that suits you).
If you are still wanting to come tonight, and your not worried about getting a little wet, you can still book in to come π

Monday is our first Bootcamp here at Woodhaven Park, Warner.
Don't forget to book in your spot if you intend to come along to any of the days.
This notifies me that you have then booked a spot, it also allows you to reschedule if something comes up (as long as it is not within 4 hours of the session).
About the sessions:
πΉοΈ Designed to work at your own pace (suitable for all fitness levels).
πΉοΈ Sessions are $5 and go for 30 minutes.
πΉοΈ Session style switches between sessions so you aren't repeating the same workout every time you come. (Circuits, Tabata, High rep challenges, and more!)
πΉοΈ Fun environment. Great way to have a laugh, make friends and while getting in a good workout.
πΉοΈ Located next to a park if you want/need to bring your kids they have something to do.
πΉοΈ Judgement free, I do not allow any rude behaviour or comments made during my sessions.

Hey Everyone!!
Starting Monday (11th) next week, sessions will be at Woodhaven Park, Warner.
We have started with 1 session a day (Mon-Thurs) to begin with.
Monday - 6.00 pm
Tuesday - 5.00pm
Wednesday - 5.30pm
Thursday - 5.00pm
These may change as we get more of an idea what people are interested in, and with time, more sessions will be added. This is just a starting point.

It has taken a lot of time to get this organised but finally we have the go ahead to start our outdoor training sessions!!
So if you live in or around Warner, QLD I would love to have you start training with me! π
In a couple of weeks I will be starting these sessions, but for now I would like to know what day's or times suit people.
Once things pick up I will start more sessions to give more options.

Day 21 - This one does require some equipment. If you don't have the equipment do it without, or pick a lower body exercise to swap to from one of the other days you have done.
