To say I am proud of myself is an understatement. Today marks a whole year since becoming a qualified Reiki Practitioner and the start on this incredible adventure that I have been on over the last 12 months. I have had so many ups and downs over the last year but have had one goal in mind and that is to grow my business from the ground up.

In the space of a year I have opened my home studio, helped countless amounts of people, designed my own logo and marketing material, launched my Intuitive Art Workshops and have taken to social media with my held high.

I may only still be at the early stages of growing my business but I know that it will become more successful than I could ever possibly dream of. Take this as a reminder that you can achieve anything that you set your mind too. Just take one day at a time and have faith that you will succeed.

Hey all,

Sorry but there will be no video post for today. Unfortunately I am a bit under the weather and still processing the week that was and what a full on week it has been.

This week has been both challenging mentally and physically and it's definitely taking its toll. My wife received some news regarding some medical concerns that will change not only her life but will also affect those around her. She is ok but we are all coming to terms with what this means for our future. We are just taking each day as it comes as she adjusts to her new medication and hopefully starts seeing some improvements.

As for work, for those that are not aware. I run my business and also work a full time 9 to 5 job. The days are long and the weeks are short and to say I am tired is an understatement. Having said that though, I know it will all be worth it in the long run.

This is a huge reminder to hug your loved ones and tell them how much you appreciate them as a person and all they do in life. Also take this as your sign to remember how important you are too and how important it is to take time out of your busy lives for yourself.

The things you dont achieve today will still be there waiting for tomorrow.
