⭐️ Good afternoon lovely families! I have some big news to share…

💙I have made the very hard decision to step back from the business to focus on my beautiful girls and family. This is due to circumstances out of my control.

⭐️ It’s been amazing to put on such wonderful sessions for the families, watch tiny little bubs grow and learn through each session and throw spectacular parties.

🏖️It’s been so cold so we thought we’d bring the beach to us at Minka Place this morning

❄️It was a Winter Wonderland at Minka Place at Ripley this morning!

🟦Our favourite tray this morning was our blue jelly cubes which were firm enough to bounce, squeeze and hold shape and to pull part!

🎊I was lucky to be part of a childcare centres first birthday!

🎈It was a special event where families came together to enjoy an afternoon of a variety of activities including our messy play

🚚 A messy Wednesday was had at Minka Place in Ripley. We explored all things cars, slime, paint, our messy favourites!

☀️As we move into the cooler time of year, our sessions are a bit more on the drier side while we are at the Logan North Aquatic Centre.

🤗This still allows bubs to explore different textures and a variety of activities to encourage their thinking, gross and fine motor skills and the social interactions between their grown up and friends

🎨This was your first messy play experience and you rocked it! The jelly was your favourite!

🌈Carter didn’t have a theme for his party but requested our all time favourite trays. Him and his friends and family had a blast!

🌈Have you ever played with “Oobleck” before with your bub?! It’s super simple to make with just corn flour and water but extremely fun to play with, with added benefits too!

💡 STEM - Introducing science to young children as Oobleck is a non-Newtonian fluid and they can see themselves how the texture changes

👩‍👧Our mums, dads and important caregivers love spending their time with their little ones during our sessions. To be involved in their play and watching bub try new textures, learn new skills and the all important social interactions!

🐣It was an Easter themed session at Minka Place this morning and oh the fun that we had!

💡Have you wondered about what to use instead of waterbeads/orbees that are safe for your baby or toddler to play with?

💙Hellooooo tapioca pearls!!
Perfectly safe alternative to water beards that are super easy to make, and lots of fun to play with!

😄Handy tip…. Add food colouring to the water while it’s boiling to turn your tapioca pearls from clear to the colour of your choosing!

👣At our sessions, we have dry and wet experiences to meet the needs of each child! Not all children might instantly love wet and sticky textures, so they the opportunity to work towards it with some relaxing dry activities.

🐸We are back on Tuesdays with the Frog Squad at the Splash Pad at Logan North Aquatic Centre! Starting next week 13th February.

💦These sessions will run during the school term from 9:30-11:30

📚9:30-10 will be story time with First 5 Forever then 10-10:50 will be messy/water play! Then it’s free play in the splash pad 👏
