New week,new job!!!!!
Today was my first day of training for my new position as Supervisor for EMF Gym.
This is Riley!
Riley started smashing goals with us in October and has been dedicated and consistent right through.
We all know that sticking to diet and exercise is not easy and success does not happen overnight...
The way to reach your goals is commitment and determination and that’s what Riley brings week in week out!
has already lost 5kgs!!.

I have teamed up with Head trainer owen and am coming back to personal training!!!!
So new business name and new training space!

I had taken a step back from personal training and have been working in sales for the gym instead.
But!!!! Change is happening here at Eden health and fitness!!!

I just wanted to let you all know that I have been offered an amazing opportunity to coach group fitness classes at the brand new Anytime Fitness Ipswich (Booval) 💪😃🏋️♀️
So if you are an anytime fitness member and you would like to give group fitness classes a go as well as check out this new fabulous gym feel free to come along!!!
My first group fitness class will be Bootcamp THIS SATURDAY at 7am!!
There is a huge time table full of amazing classes worth checking out!

Going away? Can’t eat healthy? Can’t exercise? EXCUSES!
We are staying in the city in a hotel and I have worked so hard this week, I didn’t want to ruin all my progress on eating out all weekend.
So.. I brought my own food with me!
Hotels have kitchens or at least fridges and microwaves and most even have gyms!
I don’t have to loose all the progress I made this week, and I save a tone of money not eating out or using room service.
I’m not saying you can’t live a little and eat out..
I’m just saying if you are focused and determined to reach your goals there is nothing that can stand in your way!

Sundays = prep day!
How I stay on track is planning ahead.
If I don’t prepare my meals or plan my work out sessions in advance I am not going to stay on track which means I am not going to reach my goals!
I have my meal plan all ready before I go so I know exactly what I need from the supermarket and I feel like I am already winning for the week by being prepared.

First week of consistent training and my muscles were feeling the pain!!!
Luckily I have an awesome connection who let me use his ice bath!
Just one ice bath can help soothe your muscles, reduce inflammation, regulate your breathing, lift your mood, and even increase your energy level.
But… one ice bath + outside + no clothes + winter = extremely cold!
I managed to get in and sit in for 5 long minutes before I decided enough enough and went and had a hot shower lol 💪🥶
Hopefully I will be nice and recovered ready for another hard week of training!
As you may or may not be aware… I am now on a journey of self growth.
Since injuring my back I have been unable to be consistent with my own training and have had a lot difficulty with my mental health.
Now that my back is finally on the mend, this week is the first week I have been able to put everything into my own personal development and training.
I will be posting my Journey of how I’m going along the way so if you are interested make sure you follow along!

I am sad to leave this wonderful fit fam but I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to meet and work with such amazing people!
